ABOUT ME
I specialize in connecting the dots across teams and business units to create holistic platform vision and strategy. I do this through empathetic leadership to cultivate an inclusive and empowered design team focused on solving the right problems for our users.
My favorite problems to tackle are complex ones, which has led to my love of working on developer tooling. With a background as a front-end developer and several years designing developer tools, I have found a love for bringing frictionless experiences and delight to a customer base that is often forgotten about in design practice.
I currently lead a platform team focusing on creating a modular and extensible creative tooling app, Adobe Express. This team spans subject areas from the primary customer expereince of using plugins, add-ons in our app or embedded experiences in other apps to enabling develoeper customers to build it all.
